Risk Management Consulting
This consists of advising you (the client) of vulnerabilities in your site, or other issues that are likely to be exploited by threat actors and giving you recommendations to mitigate risk. I would be acting exclusively as a consultant, using my skills and knowledge to teach you how to remediate problems, or plan for events that require security planning. I cannot provide these security services, but I can draft you a plan, standard operating procedures, post orders, or other documents to help communicate my findings with any security agency you may contract to address the issues I find.
Risk Management Consulting can be done both in-person and remote, depending on your needs. While an in-person “audit” is always the preferred method of identifying vulnerabilities and solutions, a rough outline of risk mitigation strategies can be created remotely, based on available information provided by you. Pricing varies due to factors such as volume of work required, if there will be an in-person site visit, etc. Please contact me for an estimate.
